Jay Moore, the slovenly manager of a Subway store in Buckland, NM, has gotten involved in some shady stuff. When his wife finds out and threatens to go to the cops, he feels he has no choice but to hire a hit man. The deed is done, but police chief Jordan Sanders naturally suspects him. To divert suspicion, he rehires the hit man to kill another woman with the same name, hoping the cops will think his wife's murder was a case of mistaken identity. And then things really start to spiral out of control.
