American Son

American Son is an upcoming American drama film directed by Kenny Leon and starring Kerry Washington, Steven Pasquale, Jeremy Jordan and Eugene Lee, and is based on the Broadway play of the same name. The plot is about two parents who are seeking answers about their missing teenage son, and reunite in a Miami, Florida police station. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 12, 2019, and is scheduled to be released on Netflix on November 1, 2019.
