Out of Darkness
In Upper Paleolithic Europe, 45,000 years ago, six humans arrive on the shores of an unknown land in search of a better life: group leader Adem; his pregnant mate, Ave; his younger brother, Geirr; and his 11-year-old son, Heron. Also with them are Beyah, a young stray female, and an elder male, Odal.
