 Beginner | Personally, I thought this sequel surpassed the original in creativity and humor; it gave a very modern twist in its villain, subplot, and also had some surprisingly dark moments that kept the audience on edge.  Beginner | Incredibles 2 is an enjoyable, if slightly forgettable, movie. The highlight of the movie is the addition of Jack jack’s powers, which lead to much hilarity. However, the biggest fault of the movie is the villain. Screenslaver starts off promising, but his motivations are ultimately never explained in full and he feels like a hollow shell in a mask.
