If you were a 90s kid, you likely grew up watching Rugrats. The show was full of a lot of humor and featured distinct personalities for all of the babies and children. While Tommy Pickles and his friends might have been the focus of the series, the character that really made the show memorable at times was Angelica Pickles. Angelica was Tommy’s cousin and a bit older than the babies. She was always sassy, hilarious, and spoiled, and many of her quotes and moments are relatable to us all still as adults.
