Goodness gracious, I love Hackers. Starring Jonny Lee Miller, Angelina Jolie, Fisher Stevens and more, the 1995 cyberpunk film about a group of rowdy hackers who fight against an oppressive technocratic state of being with the punk-rock power of, well, hacking. It's a blast to watch, a fiendishly entertaining, surprisingly subversive piece of elevated mainstream filmmaking. It's both incredibly campy and unabashedly sincere.
