The Writers Guild of America announced TV nominations for the WGA Awards today, and some excellent television programs made the cut. Chief on the list is HBO’s Watchmen, which has been scoring critical raves for each episode as it also proves to be a ratings hit for the pay cable network. Critical darling Succession also made the Best Drama cut, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Netflix’s Mindhunter singled out for the show’s second season.
