Colton Haynes will return as Roy Harper for Arrow's eighth and final season in a recurring role, showrunner Beth Schwartz has confirmed.

Arrow season 8 sees another blast from the past and a change to the line-up, with Katana confirmed as returning and Roy Harper no longer a regular.
