The directors behind the latest Scream movies and SNL's Andy Samberg are cooking up a movie together.
After making one of the most enjoyable films of 2020, Andy Samberg and Palm Springs' writer are already prepared to reunite.
Andy Samberg is teaming up with Craig Robinson and Common to develop a new superhero comedy titled Super High.
New Line just won the pitch for Super High, a stoner superhero comedy with Andy Samberg, Craig Robinson, and Common attached to star. As reported by Deadline, the script will be written by New York Times bestselling author Adam Mansbach (Go the Fuck to Sleep) and will take place in a universe in which smoking weed gives you super powers. Listen, things are pretty horrible right now. The world is basically a giant tire fire. But thankfully, Seth Meyers is there to offer us occasional relief. Like when he decided to bring Andy Samberg on the Late Night show last night to portray a recently discovered mummy that they pulled out of an Egyptian well. There’s really nothing more to it than that. It’s just delightful and might make you smile for the first time in days (weeks?) so have at it:…
Andy Samberg has a new movie Palm Springs, but what happened with Popstar still stings a little.
Andy Samberg went on fellow SNL alum Seth Meyers’ show Late Night with Seth Meyers last night, and when he tried to hijack the interview to create his own segment, things went delightfully off the rails. Samberg went on Late Night to promote his excellent new film Palm Springs, which …
Hulu has released the trailer for its Andy Samberg comedy Palm Springs, which will premiere on the streaming service and in select drive-in theaters on Friday, July 10. Samberg plays Nyles, a carefree guy who meets a young woman (Cristin Milioti) at a Palm Springs wedding. Things get complicated when they find themselves unable to escape the venue... or each other. That's the description Hulu has been sending out, and critics have been careful not to spoil the film's premise, but it was inevitable that the trailer would, in fact, let the cat out of the bag -- …
Hulu and Neon have announced that the Andy Samberg comedy Palm Springs, which they jointly acquired in a splashy deal at Sundance, will premiere on Hulu and in select drive-in theaters on Friday, July 10. Samberg plays Nyles, a carefree guy who has a chance encounter with a reluctant maid of honor (Cristin Milioti) at a Palm Springs wedding. Things get complicated when they find themselves unable to escape the venue... or each other. J.K. Simmons co-stars alongside Meredith Hagner, Camila Mendes, Tyler Hoechlin, and Peter Gallagher. Palm Springs also serves as Samberg's first leading role …
